Not sure if it works anymore, I am unable to switch the handler with any other character as the game gets stuck loading (astera), might just need an iceborn update but I'm not sure...
Same here. I tried swapping handler(npc002) for hub lass(npc301) but it didn't work. Then I tried swapping handler for tech chief(npc026) and it worked. I think the problem is that the files in npc_swapper-430-0-1540491373\npcs are not complete. The size of folders from npc001 to npc030 are larger than 5MB but the others are less than 1MB. So it's possible only to swap the NPCs from #001 to #030. NPCs from #032 to #305 cannot be swapped or swapped for.
regarding the file sizes.. thats the data thats ia available. some of them are just the slider choices for that category so you can push an update to that char but not vice versa to the hardcoded ones

so you can swap wyvernians (deformed midgets) with each other but you cant swap in a human for them and vice versa
