I love the idea of this, I had in mind already a fitting "Outfit" for it as the thought of looking like a viking monster hunter is badass, tho I wish the shield wouldn't clip through the character so often. That being said I still love it, so endorsed. Looking foward for more mods to come!
Well, the shield mostly clips through while you are standing still. I think i could add real viking armor in the future. I have the idea about what to use and how, at least. Thanks.
I'm ashamed it took this long for a viking SnS mod to be made. But I love it. I do have to ask though, why not replace one of the weapons that appears in the built in layered weapon list, Like Nergi or Safi?
It is in the layered weapon list, otherwise i wouldn't bother to make it. Look carefully. Maybe you need to slay brachydios(in guiding lands) in order this weapon to appear in your layered weapon list. I can guarantee it should be there after this.
About safi and other layered weapon, maybe i will replace them in the future with something else.
i know Raging Brachy is in the layered list, but it's a different model and texture entirely, if i knew what to rename the folder and files to replace that i'd just do that.
My mod replaces simple Brachydios SnS. You could just use layered weapon system. Just farm a little. I can't help with renaming in this particular case cuz it's a bit hard to find brand new weapons in those packs of files.
