    Im kind of new to mods, i put the nativepc files in Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World and the new palico model loaded but no texture. Ive downloaded the newest version of both sound and model but sound doesnt work (i tried room conversation) . Any idea what im doing wrong?

    I can't get this to work for me. The mesh loads but the texture is rather clearly not being loaded and just showing an alpha channel.

      Same for me, my guess is the iceborne update changed something

      You can delete the mrl3 files or download the new version I uploaded. Sounds currently don't work, I think they changed the sound format or are blocking people from replacing sounds.

    So the dog sounds aren't working for me for some reason. I see the dog great, but that's it. Would you know why that is ?

      Thanks for the PM. Made a note, will check later. TBH it's going to be a huge pain to check. It took forever to isolate the sounds just for one Palico voice. There are duplicate sounds in there, too.

    Have you thought about redoing some of the palico armors to fit your frendoge? I love this mod but I wish that the armors fit better.

      I have, but it'd take a while and I'm lazy. Also busy doing other stuff.

    I pasted the NativePC folder to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World" but my cat is still a cat.
    Did i do something wrong?

      It should look like this:
      Steam\Steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World\nativePC\otomo\ot000\mod\otomo000\

      If the files are in there and you've restarted and it's still not working, then I don't know why.

    The description of this mod is, at the time of typing this, very awkward and I misunderstood when I downloaded it.
    "Only affects your Palico." is not quite accurate. Rather, it affects all Palicos but only for your client. Sadly, it's not a Palico version of the Transmog mod that allows everyone to see your own Palico as a dog.

    Still, I fully endorse this mod if you want a Companinu instead of a Palico.

      Oops, sorry. Yeah, because I mostly play alone, so I forgot it affects all player Palicos. Fixed now, thanks.

    is it possible to make the mod witch can change palico into a tiny monster for example nergi ?

      Not currently. The skeletons are totally different, AFAIK.
