Doesn't seem to work for me with Grinding Mallet even after changing the file names (other weapon mods I've tried do)
I tried changing the .mod3 to the Grinding Mallet weapon code, and leaving the .tex files alone, but I still get a texture bug. Same result when I also change the tex files names.

Im guessing you also renamed the tex file? you should only rename the .mod3 (and probably the.epv3) files. But now with the layered weapon system, you probably dont need to rename it. You can just augment your weapon with the Zinogre's skin.
