    how can make helm to hair? i try zinogre helm, but cannot change color use by character hair color.

      It's just the Youthful Face textures by Ubergrainy.
      That makeup is the in-game stuff and it's a failed experiment from me messing around.

    could u change the name of the texture file so we can have both hairstyles?

      The textures are the same for both styles so you don't need to do anything there. All you need to do is change the hair103 folder to have both styles.
