Hi. I know it might be too late too ask that, but I would like to know how did you find the tyrant's model in the game files? What id is it? I tried to regroupe all the handler's models but I still can't find that one particularly. Please.
A friend wanted me to put the Licker into the game years ago. I haven't gotten around to it yet. I thought Capcom would put an RE2 monster in, but they didn't.
Love it lmao. However, I would add an 'use at your own risk' warning for this mod. Capcom does not like it when there are mods that allow access to paid content, for free. This is basically a rip of paid content/assets. People have been banned for using mods/transmorg that give them access to content/layered armor that they did not purchase.
Well, there hasn't been a documented ban ever before. As well there are many mods with the handlers outfits you can download for your character that is paid content and other mods that grant character edit tickets, items, etc. The most we got to worry about it, is our saves getting corrupted but yes it doesn't mean Capcom isn't looking but for right now they don't mind. Not to mention someone would only know is if you told them or they have the mod to be able to see you wearing the outfit, to them your a normal Geralt running around.

As far as I know, Capcom hasn't banned a single person yet. I'd already considered the paid content thing. I figured it'd be okay because I've done it so many times before (Handler exclusive outfits). It's not like players can use them even if they bought them. I had to edit them to work on players.
Although, the copy paste aspect kinda says a lot about how Capcom could easily make everything equippable by players, but chooses not to. Also, the data is all already in the files. The DLC hairstyles also seem to already be in the files too, although I haven't 100% confirmed it.
You likely won't be able to fix this without butchering a lot of stuff to accomplish it. Same reason invisible mantles are such a pain. They replace the chest and head armor of your character entirely. So to fix this, you'd have to make the mantles look like Mr. X, but it would affect everyone, and the game would probably crash anyway given how it reacted to me previewing an armor set with this on.
Edit: Just realized who the author was, felt dumb explaining this to you of all people lol. If anyone can fix it though, it'd be you, Grainy. Thanks for the hilarious mod regardless
Game crashes if you try and preview armors at the forge with this on. Was a full set too, not a single piece. Seems like the game doesn't know how to handle this model the same way it handles other full body replacement armors atm

Ada would require I go and dig up the RE2 models and convert it to MHW manually.

I'm kinda curious to see what the Tyrant looks like when he's wearing mantles.
Edit: It's fixed now.
This made him as invincible as Resident Evil.
Fixed now. Kind of a lazy fix, but it works.
I tested it after updating and it's not crashing right now, so I'm assuming it's fixed.
