Hi friends, I've got some unfortunate news. IRL circumstances are making finding time to develop mods very difficult, so I'll be on a hiatus for a while, possibly until May. I still fully plan to release mods similar to this one for hammer, SA, and CB before moving on to other weapon types and "anime" versions, but for now I'll be using what little free time I have to just enjoy playing Iceborne. Can somewhat confirm - except that for me I don't get the ground cracks/damage area as displayed in the gifs at the training area. No thump either, just the charge aura.
Hi, yes I downloaded and installed the Definitive/Complete version. It's just the ground cracks and camera shake that don't work for some reason. I installed with mod manager.
I'm not sure what could be causing an issue like that given the efx for charging and impacts are located in the same folder, so it would be odd if only the impact efx got deleted. Which version (lite, definitive, etc) of the mod are you using? Depending on the version, the impacts may simply be more subdued than you're expecting. If that ends up being the case, I'd recommend installing either the definitive version or lite charging w/ definitive impacts. It's also possible that you're having a similar issue to another user who didn't realize they were over charging, resulting in a lvl 2 hit instead of a lvl 3.
