That would be because this mod hasn't been updated since before Iceborne dropped. Anything made before Iceborne was released will not work without an update.
Good idea... BUT, the lower levels' TEXTURES aren't fully loaded in (given it does not expect the players to access lower levels without a load screen)... And it would be great(er) if ANY level were accessible via jumping (albeit, the same texture issues, and worse, would occur).
Too bad Capcom chose the lazy route, of loading the section separately, instead of making the hub one, contiguous space, where anyone in a room were visible from any level... v_v
