Extract with 7zip or any other compression program.

Then merge the NativePC folder (if available).

If you never modded the game before just copy and paste the NativePC folder to the installation folder usually found here.

Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World\NativePC.
