    I have a request for a mod that I think would make the Insect Glave WAY easier to use w/o using a claw grip.

    Is it possible to make the right trigger to aim your kinsect, vault, etc., a toggle instead of a hold?

    A stand alone mod for that would greatly improve my experience with the IG.

      ahh you have a point, maybe if in focus mode R2 can be a block, but without focus mode it does kinsect stuff??

      Although I can split the features, an official update is on its way, which will likely make it unusable then anyway. Let's revisit what's possible after the update.

      I apologize. I completely forgot. I've just uploaded an optional file that only changes the Offset Attack Hitbox, so please use it if you'd like.

      Regarding Offset Attacks, an amazing mod called "Insect Glaive Better Offset" has been added, so please definitely give it a try as well.

    Kinsect support
    Since the Kinsect assists the Insect Glaive user, the following skills are activated implicitly.

    I'm not 100% clear on what this means. Is it that you just get those skills for free for having an insect glaive equipped? Is it tied to your extract buffs? Does it have to do with focus mode when the kinsect assists, or am I just overthinking the wording?
    Any other info on what exactly this option is doing?

      Sorry for the confusing way I put that. You can think of this as a skill that activates for free when you have the Insect Glaive equipped. While going through the process, I found a skill that seemed easy to activate, so I added it as a little bonus feature for Insect Glaive users. The part about the Kinsect was just me thinking I might need a plausible-sounding reason for this favoritism.
