Guarantees Palico Attack Buff at the start of a quest

What does this do?
This mod guarantees 2 things:
- The very first gadget your palico uses at the start of a quest is the Horn (May or may not be multiplayer compatible, haven't tested)
- The first time your palico uses the horn it will be an Attack Buff
That's it.
Installation
0. Install REFramework
1. Download the mod and extract it into your game directory (where MonsterHunterWilds.exe is)
