Not trying to be rude, just curious, but why are you people using a Mod Manager for this game? You either place mods in the reframework folder or the natives one, it's literally more complicated to use a Mod Manager here, at least that's just my opinion xD
I'm guessing some people have quite an amount of mods and when it gets cluttered, it's hard to find which mod file is the one affecting certain stuff. Whereas with the mod manager, you can simply toggle it off and on. Looking at this path "natives\stm\gamedesign\player\actiondata\wp10\globalparam\wp10globalactionparam.user.3", I have no idea what it affects right off the bat but in my mod manager, it is titled Insect Glaive Gauge. It also saves me the trouble of going through folders, folders and more sub-folders just to find the files to delete.
Because the author uses the wrong file path, if the top layer of the mod file is not native, then an additional modinfo file is needed, the solution is to delete a layer of folders and recompress, and keep the top folder is native.
Why is it incompatible with other "natives" mods btw? I have several of those mods and they don't conflict. I mean, I would understand if they edited the same files but idk
tried the 10secs cooldown but not working. I still need to wait few minutes of cooldown time. Anyway I was enabled loose file loader because I have other mods such as character nude mods and shop tweak mods.
==edit== I was just read from the comments below. Some of them say does not works with Fluffy mod manager but need have to drop the natives folder directly to the game folder. Will try again tonight.
