Installation:
REFramework (required)
Fluffy Manager (optional)
Ensure REFramework is up-to-date.
While the game is running, enable "Loose File Loader". After that, restart the game. Then, drag the file into Fluffy Manager.
Fluffy Manager Free Installation:
Unzip and place the file into your MHWilds folder (the same folder where MonsterHunterWilds.exe is located).
