I was able to install it and get it to work, but the bone structure of the face is really messed up, and I have no other mods conflicting with it. I reset to the generic huynter look, but nothing quite fits as well as the hair, for the helmet doesn't look as clean as the image in the mod file.
I have the same problem too. If you remove the folders 000 and 012 in ch03*, you will get a completely distorted Marika ,but it will not affect the other skins.

LOL. Where you didn't do enough explanation? At least tell people which mod we need to turn off. Apparently, disabling any mod related to Barina doesn't work. It seems all the mod about head should be turned off man. Explain better.
