Hi this mod seems to be preventing the game from loading into a map after the latest update of 1.11 with SF6 collab.

      Hello, thank you.

I can't take care of it rn, I'll check tomorrow.
For the time being I'd recommend disabling the mod and use the mod Auto Cooldown Mantles until I update it.

Hello again, I haven't been able to reproduce it in my testings.
Can you tell me which mantle you had, and which map couldn't be loaded?

Are you sure this is this mod that's causing it? Try disabling all the other mods except this one and try to do it again.

Is there anyone else having this issue?

Hi, I have a question. The UI for the mantle when the cooldown resets shows a check mark on the mantle when it refills after its duration, indicating that it's active, but the duration no longer ticks down. This mod only resets the cooldown of mantles, not reactive them automatically yes?

Hello, yeah it doesn't reactivate automatically.
What you see is the mantle still being on you but not being active anymore. (the cooldown having reset)

It's the same as vanilla, you have to unequip the mantle at some point, it's just not shown on the UI because it's in cooldown. But since the mod reset the cooldown so fast, you still haven't unequipped the mantle and it shows like this on the UI.
In vanilla you do not unequip the mantle automatically since you might be in combat, it's the same here.

Hey I just found a bug where if you install the mod during any mantle cooldown, your mantle somehow cannot be equipped and it will always be X out of the item bar/radial menu

Hello! Thank you for finding this out !

For anyone in this situation, the easy way to fix that is going to the training area twice in a row (going to the training area through the map while still in the training area), it will reset your mantle cooldown and fix it.

This issue comes from the game not knowing what to do when the time left of the mantle is higher than the cooldown of the mantle.

The other more annoying ways to fix this issue are reseting the cooldown with Auto Cooldown Mantles or unstalling the mod and wait for the cooldown of the mantle to reset.

Doesn't Auto Cooldown Mantles work without issue?

Hello! Thank you for pointing this out.

Yes it works, but they're not exactly the same. Auto Cooldown Mantles only apply once at the start or end of a quest. (Or by clicking the apply refresh button but require to open reframework's ui)

I could say the same for Unbreakable mantles, it removes the cooldown but make the effect duration of the mantle infinite.

What I wanted with this mod is to have normal mantle duration with TU1's stats and no cooldown so I could reequip the mantle whenever I want without pressing anything. However the mods that let you do this have gone silent for a month and did not get updated since. I have been waiting for a week and it did not come out, so I did it myself and I'm sharing this in case some other people also want this specific type of no mantle cooldown.

You could say that both mods are the same, but I'd say it's up to people's preferences.

I hope this answer your question.

EDIT: I updated the mod's description.

Hey, thanks for the response. So the difference between Auto Cooldown Mantles and your mod is that his allows mantles to be up for every quest, whereas yours allows them to be up whenever you want, splashing your toes into the cheating category, right?

Yes indeed. You could say that it's kind of a QOL of Auto Cooldown Mantles since you don't have to press anything for the cooldown to reset. It will be up everytime the effect duration end.

Also the two mods are built differently. Auto Cooldown Mantles use lua to reset the cooldown, hence not touching the base cooldown time of mantles. While this one override the file of the game to change the base cooldown to 1 second.

The issue with overriding files is that when the game update, the mod can break (by having outdated stats for example), since the file playeractiveskill.user.3 not only contains the cooldown of mantles, but also their stats and how they works. This is why I uploaded this update for TU1. The other mods that I credited in the description didn't update their mod for TU1, and so their mod revert back all the changes made to mantles that TU1 changed.

None of the two mods are better than the other though. It all depends on the user's preferences. Up to you to choose which one is better for your gameplay.
This one allow to use your mantle whenever you want with no effort at the cost of the mod breaking if a major update make changes to mantles. While Auto Cooldown Mantles doesn't have any issue with new updates, but you have to manually reset the cooldown time.

Also if you'd like to cheat, thanks to overriding files, you can freely edit the playeractiveskill.user.3 file with MHWS-Editor to change whatever you want, like the duration of mantles, the damage, the heal or anything about mantles. But that's up to you and if you're willing to take the risk of cheating.
