Find this text file "re2_fw_config.txt" then change LooseFileLoader_Enabled=false to LooseFileLoader_Enabled=true, or just start the game then use that REframework script to enable that Loose File Loader. After you tick enabled then restart the game again.

Do our skills appear as level 1/low level to other players online? Or when they inspect our equipment, can they see the skills as highest level/maxed out?

Edit: With the old file and the new update file, work together, no crash.
Edit2: Nvm, just only use the updated file.
updates cz its still crashing
