Initial release of the Buff Overlay
This is my first mod for MH:WILDS. I wanted to add more features for the initial release but that would have delayed the mod more than I would have wanted. I have a ton of features in my backlog, like more buffs to track (all the food related ones), song melody buffs, and maybe even set bonus buffs. We'll see how this initial release does and go from there.
