If anyone's looking for a .json or .ini file to edit the default settings of because the mod keeps disabling itself for you, it doesn't exist and it will not create such a file even after closing your game. Instead, browse to your reframework/autorun folder and then open up Eternal_Sale.lua with Notepad (or Notepad++) and from there you'll be able to change the mod's default settings by changing the true and false statements on lines 3, 4 and 5. Hope this helps someone.
for anyone having problems with it working, editing the file so that the jackpot and artifact options are defaulted to true seems to make it work, been hitting the jackpot every time since i did that
Ok I figure it out First of all this mod works just fine If you are doing all achievements and you find you are still losing some lotteries, it is probably because that lottery is related to some unique creature in the map(those which exist one for every map in some weird locations and you have to take a photo to unlock them in the book). You have to take a picture of it first in order to unlock it in the sale and for this mod to work properly.

Then right click the file and make it read only now it works for me every end of quest. it's always on lottery now.
