with the new update i saw some bug reports popping up, investigated and found and they were fixed in the recent update :) about the new areas: yes it works
Hello I first downloaded this mod in March 2022 and I tried both versions.
1. The SLIM version is fine, I think it's good but maybe there should be a slim option that does just a few of each bird rather than a full prism.
2. I've been sticking to the standard version instead of the slim for more control since I don't like to always spawn a prism.
3. The main change I want is for the "Auto Spawn prism" checkbox to remember my selection instead of having to manually click it at the start of each hunt. The only other change I would like to see is for the menu to be incorporated into REFramework rather than running alongside it so it can minimize/hide with the main REFramework menu; this is pretty minor though since I just stick the "Bird Summoner MOD" menu in the corner so it's out of the way anyways.
For folks still using this mod as of TU3: with recent versions of RE Framework I've noticed the Slim version of the mod will experience a runtime error every time you return to hub and/or enter a quest. This error results in a loss of around 15 FPS and can be very obnoxious. I've found resetting the script via RE Framework menu solves the problem, though it is annoying to manually do so each time. Just thought I'd pass on the info since it seems this mod is no longer being updated. Cheers!
I noticed that the slim version was having the prism bird show up some times, but not every hunt. Did 4-5 hunts and it showed up in at least 1 of them as far as I remember
Downloaded REFramework, downloaded SLIM, put in autorun. Doesn't work. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, works fine for my buddy, but refuses to load for me
EDIT: Solved. the directors should be MonsterHunterRise/reframework/autorun/SLIM file. If you just have an autorun folder, not inside an reframework folder. It won't load
