   Did a fresh reinstall of Rise with no mods WHATSOEVER except for this one. Gets stuck at the splash screen with the file installed. if I remove the file, the game plays. I think it truly is broken. Unfortunate.

   is this abandoned or will the mod maker return to fix it? it gets stuck on the splash screen.
   
   despite wat the pinned post says, game runs fine wit all other mods installed.
