But the attack data doesn't include the number of hits. Do you know of a way to change that? Otherwise, making the level2/level3 charge use the level 1 finisher would work too

Is it possible to load all DLCs into the game in a similar way? I looked into snow.DlcManager and snow.DlcMounter but no luck.

Is it possible to change the motion values of attacks using REFramework or by editing files? If so, do you know how?
I am looking to try and rebalance some of the weaker weapon movekits but I don't know how :(

specifically, I want to change the Impact Crater finisher (hammer lvl2 silkbind skill) from 2 hits to 1 hit. I found the attack data in the rcol file:
Charge Level 1 finisher: snow.hit.userdata.PlHitAttackRSData[98]
Charge Level 2 finisher: snow.hit.userdata.PlHitAttackRSData[100]
Charge Level 3 finisher: snow.hit.userdata.PlHitAttackRSData[102]
