   tried replacing IDs, didn't mess with texture folders still showed up invisible.

      Try go to natives\STM\player\prefab\weapon\GreatSword and change the pfb file name, change nothing else. Generally I won't recommend changing the weapon mod, it might cause unexpected behaviours.
