I've been trying to move this over the Jyura charge blade and I've been having some difficulties. The closest I've gotten to getting it working ended up with the sword and axe models being layered over each other at the same time or it instead puts the Gluttonous Glacier over the Jyura charge blade. I don't have the Gluttonous Glacier unlocked; so, I'm not sure if this is a problem with me trying to move it or the mod itself. Regardless, I thought I'd mention it. Also, if you have any instruction on how to move the mod if possible, I would be grateful.
Go to natives\STM\player\prefab\weapon\ChargeAxe and change the 115 in the name of the pfb files, you can find weapon IDs here. This will make the mod layer to another weapon, but Lunagaron CB will be still layered, it will still clash with other mods replacing Lunagaron CB.
I used a parts gimmick to make the fire appear when unsheathed, it is exclusively used by Lunagaron and Malzeno CB, so if you change it to other weapon it will not show correctly. But changing pfb is not changing the model, it is changing the model path game reads, hence it works. If you want to stop it from layering over both weapons you need a binary file editor to edit the pfb file. It is a bit complicated.
Thank you so much for making/uploading this MOD It means so much to me since I named my character Byleth and even bought Minoto voice (as both character shares the same VA). This would finally fulfill my goal of dressing up as her...or just so I thought....
Thing is I could not get it to work after doing everything I could (Uninstall games/mods etc.) If I wear the whole set, my player character disappears but will only show up in eating cutscene... I don't know what have I done wrong to get this result...
PS. I have used all your previous MODs (most of Xenoblades) before and they worked just fine. Still really appreciate you working on this
It might be clashing with other mods, Try the following steps: 1. disable all the mods in fluffy manager 2. go to Steam\steamapps\common\MonsterHunterRise, delete the "natives" folder 3. drag my mod into the fluffy manager and enable it 4. start the game to see if it is working
I think I have found it... Turned out that one of the mods I installed earlier have .lua file (bladeswitch mod) And it got registered in REFramework - Scriptrunner, after I rechecked the mark of that one, it is WORKING right now!!
Thank you again for replying, let alone giving a detailed instructions. And keep on your good work!
