The torso will have his color based on the clothing color, you have to manually dye it with the color slider in the character creation-editing screen by yourself
This is getting weird, many people are saying that the mod has problems and i'm noticing a pattern since they say that it worked after reinstalling the game... Idk what could be, i downloaded the file from here and is working fine for me

This replaces the Innerwear 01, It should be showing if you hide your Armor in the "Equipment Display" Option of your Equipment box and as i said, in the first Cutscene of the game
