Is there a way to have the classical music play outside of Infernal Springs? Like if we wanted the Verdent Forrest Rathalos music to play when fighting Rathalos in the shrine ruins?
Hi, thanks for making this mod, it's working great for the most part! Only issue I found, when going on the quest "A Mysterious Pale Flame" (original Violet Mizu quest), the Rajang theme plays when you're at the area with Vizu - this is with the Vizu override disabled as per defaults and the Rajang themes enabled). Disabling the Rajang theme override restores it back to normal, but it would be nice to have it work as intended without the Rajang theme playing where it doesn't belong,
Additionally, Valstrax quests crash with his arena override on, but I'll heed your instructions in this case and keep it disabled

For Mizutsune, are you using the latest version of the mod? I think I've fixed that issue a while ago (music from the previous quest will linger until aggro'ing the next monster with theme). Currently, the only wrong music problem I know of is that for anomaly investigations, it will briefly play the anomaly moster's theme when entering the quest, befor aggro'ing the first mon. This I have no idea how to fix at the moment.
For Valstrax, I've seen a few reports about this, but I still cannot replicate the crash. Can you tell a little bit more about what is causing the crash? Is there any error that pops up? Is it Valstrax anomaly investigation and set the map to Forlorn Arena? That is my most played quest and I haven't experience any crashes.
For valstrax I tried out Advanced: Crimson Calamity just to test the mod, which is High Rank CG Val in Infernal Springs. No error popup, just as soon as you enter the area from base camp it crashes.
Back when I tested this mod, it was using the latest version at the time where Rajang music pretty much overrode phase 1 of Vizu in Infernal Springs.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Is it possible to make this mod compatible? If you mix the mod files, the Risen Shagaru Magala theme will not play in Forlorn Arena, but otherwise works fine.
I have now read the compatibility description, sorry. Unfortunately, mixing these mod files replaces natives/STM/Sound/wwise/bgm_special01_ev_str.bnk.2.X64.
Unfortunately for this mod to work we really need `bgm_special01_ev_str.bnk` to be as is.
However merging two the bnk shouldn't be too hard of a task. If you really want these mods to coexists, feel free to send me a message on Discord @fymengmeng and I can show you how to do it.

Let me say two things that I would like you to consider. a) Is it possible to change the music in the arena as well? b) I would like to change the music when I complete a quest. For example, i like the music of MH2, MHXX.
1. I've tried overriding the Arena music but I have no idea why it's not working. My guess is that there's no camp in Arena, but unfortunately I have no idea how to solve it; 2. I'll probably not change the quest complete theme for this mod, but there's a tutorial on substituting music in the MHR modding discord that you can check out.
The theme for Rathian is from MHDos, not MH1 or were you intending to have the same theme for both Rathalos and Rathian?
Also, one more question, is the theme song for Great Wroggi / Baggi taken directly from YouTube? Souru's uploads are often badly recorded, compressed and in general way less quality than other uploads out there. I suggest downloads dot khinsider dot com, and search monster hunter 3 there.
1. I thought Ancient Rhythm was the Old Jungle theme in MH1, and in MH2 it's Outlaw of the Jungle / Congalala theme? The tracks for Rathian and Rathalos are supposed to be different (Ancient Rhythm and Roar respectively); 2. Sure I'll change the music source in the next update!
