Desperate attempt to make impact phials fun to play at high anomaly levels. Even with such a drastic damage boost, it'll never be competitive compared to building for elements but at least you might be able to clear a quest in under 20 minutes now. I tried offsetting some of the strength of savage axe buff attacks to make charged sword slightly more appealing. Unfortunately I'm not sure how'd you make AED viable again since it's virtually the same attack commitment as a SAED, but I increased it a little bit because I enjoy the move just that much. If you don't like some of the changes, edit the file with notepad and tweak the values in the first array.
Changelog: Increases impact phial damage by 2.5x, except SAED's 1st Hit phial hit. Increases MV of almost all sword mode attacks by roughly 25%. Reduces savage axe additional hits by 33% (38>25) but make up the difference by increasing axe attacks by 33%.
Installation: Drop it in your reframework/autorun folder
All credits go to lingsamuel of which I shamelessly used his code from his longsword mod. Go check his mods out.
