Unsure if this is a me issue, but whenever I install 'SimpleBunnyEars-GuildCross' my game black screens on character selection and wont do anything, where as the main file will work with no issue, but wont give me rabbit ears. I'll try just changing the code as someone below suggests so it reskins the cross, but thought I'd mention something.
The Guild Cross Version is out of date since March/April and was moved to the old versions tab. The most up-to-date version from Sep 29th should be working fine. Changing the IDs to match the Guild Cross should work. That's what I'm using for myself too. Most issues after Updates can be fixed by uninstalling all mods, updating Fluffy Manager, re-reading the game archive and then reinstalling your mods again. If you are using Dytser's Physics Enabler you should in 90% of the cases install that first before installing the Bunny Ears for example. I hope that helps.
I'll fiddling with it some more, I've only just installed Fluffy, so it /should/ be the newest one. I'll try as you suggested. I don't have Dyster's Physics tho, so I'll see if having that helps.
Hi, First off thanks for all the mods you make. Secondly I'm having an issue with this mod making the character's head extremely small. This mod and also the fox ears mod leaves the model w/o hair. I've tried the usual fixes: updating fluffy, reinstalling all mods, etc. help would be appreciated but understand if you have no time.
That is the first time I've heard about that. None of the files in these mods should interact with hair or the head shape. Are you perhaps using another mod that alters hairstyles? It could be that the files interact in a way that is not intended. Aside from that I have no idea what could cause the issue.
ty for the reply. no, unfortunately I don't believe I'm using another hair mod. I'll just continue to enjoy the rest of your mods. It was just those 2 that had some minor issues
U can change what armour it replaces by changing the numbers in the f_helm261 to another number so for example f_helm001 or whatever u want, I'm not too sure on what the armour Ids are for certain armour pieces so might have to play around with it, I think if u look in the natives, players, f folder or something like that u can see the armour ids of armour u have made so could start there:)
Lol ok, I wasn't too sure if u were going to do it or not so thought I would try help out in the only way I knew how as I will more than likely do that for something that is just a head piece so I can keep the guild cross set for another mod :D
No worries mate :D If you want to use it for other pieces then I recommend using the files from the Guild Cross version for the textures and everything (as it's not included in the Felyne version). Happy Hunting!
Hmmm i got it on the eye patch but unfortuntely there r no physics so looks like i will have to stick with the guild cross haha :P but oh well at least i tried, yeah tried 4/5 different armours and no luck with getting the ear physics to work so gueuss i will have to stick to guild cross, but must admit its hella worth it hehe :P
It's a bit hard to explain. The whole process of modding is explained here: https://github.com/mhvuze/MonsterHunterRiseModding/wiki It's mostly playing around with it until it works.
