In the endless myriad of horny and cheat mods.......this mod of yours is a gem. Thank you truly, these are the kinds of mods I wish we could get more of Dx
Does the mod reactivate the message when I have the MAIN materials? Or does it just delete them entirely? It would be helpful for early game saves for players who may not have enough random materials from one monster! :D
All the mod does is remove the function that controls the message for the sub materials that are like "x points required". If you have the main materials you still get a wishlist notification like normal. Haven't tested this but if the game normally notifies you when you have the main materials but not the random sub materials then it should continue to do that.
If you're talking about the early game items that don't have any "main" material requirements and are just the random sub materials this will hide those messages as well, but also niche enough I'm not really worried about it. If it ends up being a big issue I can look into adding some logic but for now it is a very simple mod.
Quick edit: Just tested and yeah something like the below item will be hidden, but unless someone is starting a new save after beating the game I don't expect anyone in early game to need/install the mod anyways.
Yeah, I think a lot of people were just like me and thought it would take a lot more time/effort than it actually did to find the function that controls this message. Ended up taking longer to just write this ~10 line script because I needed so much help with Lua lol
