   Works just fine. Plop the .dll in /reframework/plugins and pair it with another mod that does layered weapons (I like Layered Weapon Progression myself)

      There are a couple that it works for. Click "Manual Download" on the files page, and view the "Mod Requirements" section in the popup, where it mentions them.
