Is there a way I can delete/rename files to not use the Over Edge forms during Demon Mode? I'd like to keep the normal appearance but I don't want to just mess with files if that may end up breaking the mod accidentally.
Thanks for the mod, i don't know how do the mod works. But is it possible to put this mod on other layered weapon like Lost code one ? If so, I know that the sheathing animation on Lost Code weapon are different than the others. Maybe it can solve the known issue of sheathing animation on all weapon ?
Lost Code does not change any player animation, it only affects weapon animation when it's on your back (floating up and down). I'm not sure about Akuma, but for the rest, the game only calls on one animation file for the weapon type (dual blades, greatsword, etc) you equip, and altering that via modding will affect you regardless of what weapon tree you use from that weapon type.
Making a weapon it replaces load a separate player animation file is beyond my scope, because of the way the game loads the files.
Of course, you're welcome to try your theory, Lost Code ID is DB_L124 and DB_R124, rename the pfb files in natives\STM\player\prefab\weapon\DualBlades to that and see for yourself.

On another note, I can't seem to get the custom seathing to work? Is it suppose to look like the Archer mod seathing? Not sure what I'm looking for lol
custom sheathing option just changes the sheathing animation, so your character doesn't move their arms out to the back to grab the weapon, it's shown in the gif in the description section
Ahh right, I see it in the gif now. I don't believe I can get this to work. I've got all the prerequisites for the mod, the weapon is working fine but not the animation. Personally not a big deal as the mod makes it look cool seathing either way but thought you might want to be aware of it. Though it could just be me being a noob at installing mods;;
