   Idk how to install the file. When I try fluffy it still doesn't work. The sword never changes textures. Ive tried installing multiple files within the file tittle "natives" Ive tried installing the whole file, I have even renamed "shortsword" to "Ninja Sword I" nothing works

      you dont need to rename the folders. Sounds like you are using an older version of fluffys mod manager. unfortunately i dont know which version currently works, so i recommend you to use FirstNatives instead.

   It just recolors it, how do I get the model?

      Just install it with fluffys mod manager and select the Ninja Sword I.
