      First you have to download it,then extract the file inside,i recommend using 7 zip and then go in local low go to santa claus folder then mon bazou and paste it next to your other saves.If this wasnt helpful i would recommend this video-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=scY_GaJIDpM&ab_channel=Sr.Nick                    I hope this helps,credits to SR.Nick

   Since we  passed 100 downlaods i will probably create a fun SAVEGAME for starting with a crashed car or flipped over.
