Not a problem! I actually made the mod around 6 months ago, decided to not upload it since I didn't feel like it was a big enough mod to upload on Nexus, but since the page for Catalyst is pretty dead and someone wanted it, I decided to upload it.
Hey, I know it's 2 years late, but the mod don't seem to be working on mine. I play the game just to admire the aesthetics, and yet the K-Secs are still spawning randomly, interrupting my photo-sessions. Any way to fix the mod or specific ways to download?
Same too for me. I felt like it's either the mod not yet perfectly installed or the mod being rather outdated. Right after I installed it via the Frosty Mod Manager, the patrols still come in.
