   Unfortunately not working. Using Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.6.3 w/ Datapath Fix. After applying the mod (Nails Red), the nails fail to show up in-game. I changed the load order around, and even when it was the #1 priority mod, it still didn't work.

      works. just tried it. i do have it at the top of the load order. even with a lot of mods installed. mostly visual stuff. Latest version from github .
      ( with-out Datapath Fix. )

   Is this compatible with mods that changes the skin of the eyes and outfits?

      This mod only modifies the arms of faith. So mods like Winged Eyes meight work. With full skins its luck if they modify the same files. Anyway, i’m currently not into this, but can you put this mod after your skin in priority?, so it overrides parts of skins? I don’t remember if that was possible...
      
      From my side, all files are available in the full download. (Open-Source so to say)
