Unfortunately it doesn't do that. It is a replacer. It is timed to kick in at the same moment where the cutscene with Faith ends and the credits begin. This is because the game is scripted to queue the song at a specific part of that final cutscene, and it's out of my knowledge if it is even possible to make custom music triggers. The only thing I think could be possible would be editing the songs together like in this video and then replacing the game song with that file, but I have no idea how to do that unfortunately.
What if you took the score from the ending cutscene/credits, and mixed it with Warning Call so that it transitions into it like the video, make it its own audio file, THEN use that to replace the original soundtrack of the ending?
