RESTRICTIONS


USERS MUST NOT:

1) Recreate, rename, or modify Mystic Pick Pack or Mystic Pick Pack Plus with intent to re-appropriate or obfuscate origin or the nature of copyrighted content there-in.

2) Extract or modify the individual contents (either by folder, groups of files or singular files) of the aforementioned related content for individual resale, upload, or use to or in any other third party websites or other software.

3) Use Mystic Pick Pack or Mystic Pick Pack Plus for individual profit or business profit on ad related websites, or privately owned website(s).

4) Copy Mystic Pick Pack or Mystic Pick Pack Plus (or their separated contents) to any format of digital data storage or physical data storage with the intent of individually reselling it, or with intent to enable piracy of said content.

5) Take credit for the content within the related content packs as their own.

6) Intergrate Mystic Pick Pack or Mystic Pick Pack Plus into a mod pack or curated resource pack file to be uploaded, shared or used elsewhere outside of the Personal Private Use clause of this agreement.

7) Port / Convert / Modify Mystic Pick Pack or Mystic Pick Pack Plus to the Bedrock version of Minecraft. This action is not protected by Personal Private use clause.

8) Convert or modify the contents of Mystic Pick Pack or its Plus variant, away from the .png format.

9)re-upload Mystic Pick Pack or Mystic Pick pack Plus to a third-party website for the purpose of circumventing the original hosting service(s) or payment of either.

10) Resell any content contained in Mystic Pick Pack or Mystic Pick Pack Plus, or repurpose said content as a NFT (Non-fungible Token) or any other format of cryptographic encrypted media.

11) Ignore International Copyright protection law regarding repurpose or theft of copyrighted material.

USERS MAY:

3) Stream or upload monetized videos featuring Mystic Pick Pack and Mystic Pick Pack Plus, provided they provide appropriate credit to this content in the published video descriptions or titles.

4) Attach the appropriate non-download website link(s) for Mystic Pick Pack and Mystic Pick Pack Plus to blogs or websites.
