U Need forge.download it from here version 1.15.2:https://files.minecraftforge.net/net/minecraftforge/forge/index_1.15.2.html download lastest versions installer.and when its downloaded.run it.and press OK.and when the installation is done hit the keys:Windows+R and run will open.write here %appdata% and press enter.and a folder will open.go into the .minecraft.if theres a folder named mods.drag the jar PC Mod.jar file in it.But there isnt a mods folder.create it.its name must be mods.and drag the PC Mod.jar in it.and open your launcher.look at the versions.if you are going true,you need to see 1.15.2 Forge select that version and enter the game.when the game opens there is a button named Mods click it.and if u see PC Mod the mod succesfully installed.
