im always shocked when i see ENB and reshade presets like this. like seriously, do people actually play games with the a sharpness filter turned up so high that everything looks like a wiremesh mess, and contrast so high that colors just bleed into one another? this is probably the worst preset ive ever seen, it looks like you just slapped 3 or 4 different sharpening filters on, then threw a high contrast tonemap on just to make it a little bit worse.
You get it in the end of the game after you complete main story you will have an epilogue where you will have to defend your forts i believe thats when you get that mask
