This is awesome! I actually got to fly in and out of this field (with an overnight stay) in real life shortly before it closed for good. I wish they hadn't done that, but I don't live in Chicago (and almost certainly never will) so I don't know if it was actually a good thing for the city or not.
Did the latest update 1.9.5. break the mod? It was actually working last week, but this week the airport will not show up at all. It doesn't show up in the World Map, and I've even started elsewhere and slewed to the island to discover the airport isn't there.
I re-downloaded the mod, just to be safe, unzipped it, and copied it to my Community folder. I've restarted MSFS several times and even rebooted the computer. It's not working, no matter how many times I try. My other mods seem to be working, but KCGX doesn't - and I can't fathom as to why.
It's a trip down the memory lane, and one I'm really digging, thanks for bringing it to FS2020! My first hundreds of hours into FS95 were short flights from Meigs 36 to O'Hare 27L :)
Just a quick question: whenever I'm on the ground (taxiway or runway) there's some debris/gravel coming off the wheels, is it something I've done wrong with the scenery?
Very nice recreation, i spent plenty of summers down there at Meigs. Sadly you cannot throttle up at this airport. what appears to be going on is the it acts like you are in the ground. your landing gear has sparks coming off of it when you try and throttle up past 40 Percent.
Hi! I have noticed a bit of ground bump on runway and taxiways (a bit more resistance than usual) but never something like this. I´m working to solve it. Can you please specify with what aircraft deos this happen? Does this occur in specific spots of the rwy/taxiways or in any part of the airport? Thanks
For some odd ball reason my aircraft wont throttle up at this airport. I have tried both sides of the runway and different aircraft. Am I missing something?

This is a great mod, except for one issue. I am using the Cessna 172 and the plane likes to automatically accelerate full RPM by its self as I am taxing. I am not using autopilot and I have the pilot assist modes off.
If it weren't for the flight sim community for the last 20 years I wouldn't know anything about geography or history. Haha. What a great little spot to land in and pretend its still here. I will wait for your next update but so far its great.

I have just uploaded a new version (1.4) that solves the problem you mention, and ads ATC functionality and much more!
