Installed it and peaked it myself for my personal preferences. Makes a HUGE Difference, even though there are no "real" HD-Textures. This "Mod" is just a Reshade in the end. But it is really fine.
Nothing HD here, just shader sharpening, HD would mean having High Definition textures, so we would need a mod to change each texture of the vanilla game in high definition. Just saying
If anyone wants to know the effects used in the reshader, to my knowledge they are as follows: bloom.fx clarity.fx curves.fx finesharp.fx (mode 3 only) uncheck 1 and 2 when configuring ingame shader menu lumasharp.fx mxao.fx vibrance.fx
holy shit...that is a massive difference. I don't know why the game looks so blurry without this mod. Also, does this by any chance work for Metro 2033?

Monitor: 49" - 32:9 Ultra Wide Screen
The Game runs in UltraWide with 5120x1440 on Ultra Settings between 50 and 60 fps with Effects on and about 60 to 70 without Reshade.
