Hey there, since a lot of people seem to have trouble installing this preset, I've written a little guide to help you. This is working as of Reshade Version 4.7
1.Download the Reshade Setup from reshade.me and run it. 2.Look for Metro Exodus in the program list and select it.
-If you can’t find it use the browse button and navigate to: Steam\steamapps\common\Metro Exodus\MetroExodus.exe
3.Select Direct3D 10/11/12 for the Rendering API. 4.Scroll to the bottom, check “Legacy Standard Effects” and click OK. 5.On the 'Standard Effects' window simply click OK. 6.On the Effects windows click “Uncheck All” and then “Check All” so that all shaders are selected and click OK. 7.Download Metro Exodus Redux and extract the MetroExodus_Redux.ini file to: Steam\steamapps\common\Metro Exodus
8.Run the game and open the Reshade menu by pressing the Home (Pos1) key and select MetroExodus_Redux.ini You should notice a difference in the color and sharpness of the image. 9.On the bottom of the page check “Performance Mode”.
(Optional) On the settings page you can configure some hotkeys to quickly toggle the effect On and Off and to take screenshots. This is all personal preference, so customize it as you like.
That’s it, you can now play the game in all its glory, I hope this helped :) . . . If you can't open the Menu add this line to the Reshade.ini file in your Metro Exodus folder:
[INPUT] KeyMenu=113,0,1
Now you should be able to open the menu with Shift + F2.
This is probably the best used of Reshade I've ever seen. Great work, the PC enhance edition already looked good, but this really feels like a remaster. Thank you

Can you please help me make this working for the metro exodus EE (Enhanced Edition) - Direct X12 it would mean everything to me I love the story in the game and want the best of the best viewing experience.

If it's not working use direct x 11. directx 12 is not compatible with reshade.
If you cant open the zip file use the latest win rar, it's free to use
If the game doesn't start anymore -- rename the dxgi.dll into d3d11.dll
