Had zero issues this is how I got it to work, download reshade ReShade_Setup_4.6.1 and make sure NO shades are ticked during install. (you can't untick standard effects. How ever you should get a window to select them make sure you uncheck them all. Once Reshade is installed copy all the files over from the shader folder of the archive (say no to replacing any ) do the same with textures. Then install the DNA exodus 3.0.ini ONLY.
So I followed your method to a tee and im mostly up and running but for some reason im getting a failure to compile FXAA specifically due to something to do with the input parameters of "FXAALumaPass," and "FXAAPixelShader," having interpolation qualifiers that don't match their vertex shader qualifiers. "Error x4568."
Any ideas on how to go about smoothing it out? I am admittedly out of my depth when it comes to more technical elements of shader problem solving.
After installing your d3d12.dll file I have lost an ability to chancge from directX 11 to DirectX12, even if I delete all other files. How can I fix that?
Should work for DX11 but if your in game settings are for DX12 then you will get a crash on startup, So you could either go in your game directory and rename dxgi.dll to something else, start game, set to DirectX11, close game, then rename file back to dxgi.dll, restart game. or just try renaming the dxgi.dll file to d3d12.dll. It worked for me.
first tips:Try Disable Windows Fullscreen optimization. this methood: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xmEAoLH8aj4. second tips: Enalbe Windows 8 compatible mode and rename d3d12.dll to d3d11.dll( Win8 not compatible dx12)
maybe, try update directx and visual cc+ delete Metro Exodus user and profile cfg to saved games folder. Oh wait You See Metro Exodus game folder, dxgi. dll? Delete it
hi, you use windows 10 1903 version? Try this: ingame settings dx11 and run windows 8 compatible mode.(Right click the Metro exodus exe->properties->compatible mode and select windows 8 compatible mode
Just thought I'd share some info. Since I couldn't find a reshade that I liked for Assassin's Creed Odyssey, I decided to try yours and it looks awesome Thank you.
