I have found more and more that my combination does a lot of what those sort of reshades do with usually paid reshades. Even with depth information, a reshade is just looking at color and lighting associations(even if it's a raytracing reshade), although mixed with depth this can be used to a ludicrous degree of affecting the end result. Of course this depends on the game, different lighting conditions, and so on. I will try out raytracing reshades at another point, though for now I didn't want people to miss out thinking that they are locked out of making the game look the best it can without a fee....
