I remember testing this with an earlier version and it actually made a difference, in the current latest version of the game, it doesn't change anything.
For me the best workaround for the bad antialiasing is by going to "system setting" and turn off "camera shake"....it doesn't fix moving objects or when your moving around, but it pretty much stabilize all the shimmering on static objects when standing still. There's definitely a noticeable difference in the opening city.
here for someone want to get rid off jaggies with fxaa but doesnt want to affect ui, just use ui mask its simple! - grab this ui mask img and put to texture on reshade-shaders folder https://gofile.io/d/WUIbH2
and re arrange the ui mask shaders look like this https://imgur.com/a/0gqSqig and now you good to go
You can set a key in reshade to toggle effects, I'd say to just bind it and hit the key during cutscenes if it's a problem. It's under the settings tab at the top.
well it's a reshade so the aliasing still visible terribly. reshade anti-aliasing usually fix a bit the edges of models but not 'inside' of the models like u see a buldings' edges look okay but the windows will be jaggy still

Something probably broke along the way.
