Hi, It worked for me, Do you need start the game, after change the name to file to (for example save0000.sav) and paste in the folder, carge the file, defeat Julian and the achievement will unlock.
You can still do the cooking with Maria throphy with this save too, just wait for the night, go to hushed honeybee inn and ask fabbiane to help with cooking ( the actual option, not the one that gives you food after) and Maria will ask to help. The thropy you can't do with this save is read all the books, as this one missed the book you could only get up to october.
Could'nt make it work ( didn't try a ton tho). When pasted the save file then appears ingame as a blanc space, wonder if you could corrupt you actual savefile this way? Make a backup before just in case, screenshot related below
