Doesn't matter what I do. After the hair change late game, mod doesn't work. I did change texture quality to high in graphics settings, in the game menu like description said and nothing. Tried many times and many things.
I learned how to use Special K and found the files to the Armor, bag, and sword belt and copied over your textures.
I just uploaded it and gave you credit, that ok? You are free to just take the file if you want and give me credit. I put early game and late game textures together. Just let me know what you want me to do.

I really like this alot. If I could make only one suggestion for a colour set. Could you make a colour set thats like Lucina from Fire Emblem when she cosplays Marth?
Don't know if this helps but the 'outfit change' is PC020 in the game files wouldn't recommended looking if you haven't got to late game of course cus spoilers but still

Hey so I'm having some trouble getting this mod to work, installed exactly as you described but only the menu art is changing to black his model is still using the vanilla white.
I tried a fresh install and same result, the menu has the black outfit but not the actual character, the hair colour change mod is working fine though except for the portraits( white hair version)
I'm during the Brilehaven arc but I am currently using the autosave mod that lets you start the game in Regicide mode, don't know if that might be messing with it also MC gets a new look during the later part of the game but its a massive story spoiler
Edit: Just tried the black hair varation and while it's showing on the model, the portraits are still normal Will

UPD I found the problem. It was because of MSI Afterburner enabled.
