Enemies and animals so far nope. You can replace or modify as a good example is the work of CapLagRobin about it.

Porting those maps its possible but it lacks Nav parameters or some other files to give a way of do Quests. If I remember correctly TinmanTex did load Online maps.
Oh yeah, I have tons already for testing the AI of enemy with Navxbouderlocator. A entity in fox2 files that somehow do the enemies have known that there is a model in front of him. But, once we have a complete reverse of Nav files we should do better than this.
