Also if you have any other active side-ops in that area it mightn't display as available until they've been completed or you use Infinite Heaven's forced side-op selection (available from Infinite Heaven's ACC menu). If using the latter option, and it was the last side-op installed, it should be the highest side-op number.
I am using Infinite Heaven. I installed and uninstalled this mod and IH itself a few times but nothing seemed to work. Tried it one last time and for some reason it worked that time.
But that was a neat little mission. A bit creepy. I thought to myself, "Ooooh, that's not good" upon seeing how thick the mist was when I was flying in. Thanks!
