      Works for me I use infinite heaven real weapon names and real weapon names updated updated and it works perfectly

    i would be really grateful if someone made this mod work with russian translation of the game (or if its easy to make it do that and knows how to, please tell me)

    Cleaned up the weapon names a bit like removing the manufacturer from the short name (the manufacturer still shows up in the long name like in the weapon wheel, sorties, and development menu), M16 ASSAULT RIFLE to M16, M4 CARBINE to M4, etc... Also gave the G44 its original name back since it is a really strange beast. I changed up quite a few names and overall I think they are much better than what they used to be.

      hi the standard nato assault rifle seems to be a Howa Type 89 not M4

      AK5, Howa Type 89, Fn Fal, AR18, IMBEL IA, Galils, they are all rifles that have a lot of similarities and charactheristics.

    Funny enough the "M4" is actually modeled after an AK5 mixed with a Galil. Several other models are based off of FN Fal's.

    I find this mod compliments the AR-15 and FN FAL pack that were created by JimLafleur. Never was a big fan of the fictionalized weapons, especially since Metal Gear, up until this point, has always used real-world weaponry and names.

    Though I believe the AM-MRS should be named 'XM177' as the M4 was not developed until 1987 (TPP takes place in 84).
