If you want this to replace only one of the outfits, unpack the .mgsv file and navigate into the models, and remove each outfit folder you wish to not replace. The most sensical choice to actually replace here would be the battle dress which allows him to kill enemies.
If you could perhaps elaborate on how to actually do this that would be great. Did you mean the mod's files or the actual MGSV game files? Because I understood it would be in the mod's files, but when I try to do this snakebite just gives me an error and cancels the install.

Will there be a version with a smaller tail? The animation is a bit off with the long tail.
